About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, inspiration, and energy source. Your task is to deliver workout joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them eager to come back. You should feel confident taking center stage, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. We Offer You: Training in the concept – we take care of it! A regular class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest A workplace filled with commitment, development, and workout joy We're Looking for Someone Who Can: Hold 1–2 regular classes per week Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on need) Who Are You? You don't need to be a trained instructor beforehand – we'll train you!
