About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are an ambassador, inspirator, and energy spreader. Your task is to deliver the joy of fitness, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back. You should feel confident taking center stage, bringing your authentic self, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. We Offer You: Training in the concept – we cover it! At least one fixed class per week (or more!) A workplace filled with commitment, development, and fitness joy! We're Looking for Someone Who Can: Lead 1–2 regular classes per week Be available in the morning, afternoon, evening, or weekends (depending on needs) Who Are You? We'd love to see that you have some experience and/or education in water aerobics, as an instructor, or in leading group fitness, but it's not a requirement.
