Become a Group Fitness Instructor at Nordic Wellness
We are now looking for you to spread the joy of fitness through HYROX, various types of CIRCUIT CLASSES, and different LES MILLS CONCEPTS. If we find the right person, we will provide your group fitness training certification.

About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, inspirator, and energy spreader. Your task is to convey the joy of fitness, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back.
You should feel confident taking center stage, bringing your authentic self, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.
What We Offer You:
Training in the concept
One regular class per week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
A workplace filled with commitment, development, and the joy of fitness
What We're Looking For – You Can:
Hold 1–2 regular classes per week
Be available in the morning, daytime, evening, or weekends (depending on needs)

You don't need to be a trained instructor beforehand – we will train you! The most important thing is that you:
Have a passion for group fitness and training in general
Enjoy being in the center and leading others
Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude
Are reliable, committed, and want to develop with us
