Group Fitness Instructor

Are you passionate about fitness and love inspiring others? We're now looking for a group fitness instructor for our new facility, Hedroq Gym, in beautiful Mockfjärd. There's a good opportunity for this position to develop into a full-time role over time. As a group fitness instructor, you'll be the central hub during training sessions, leading and inspiring both experienced and inexperienced participants at different levels through the class. Our philosophy is built on making fitness fun and accessible for everyone, and that's your central role as an instructor. In addition to your duties as an instructor, you'll also be part of the daily operations, including cleaning, restocking materials and supplies, etc. We currently offer a mix of different classes focused on cardio, strength, and mobility, but we plan to expand and develop our offerings to provide an even more varied selection of classes. Therefore, we'd love if you have previous experience with group fitness and different training methods. We're looking for someone who is engaged, has a talent for inspiring and leading others to reach their goals. We'd prefer if you have a personal interest in group classes and previous experience instructing. As an employee at Hedroq Gym, you'll be part of a new and fresh gym with great development potential. We're a small team today, so it's important that you're a good team player with a positive and humble mindset, good service awareness, and interpersonal skills. Education and experience in personal training are merits and could potentially become relevant in the position.
