Föreningen Saltå By is seeking three group leaders June 2, 2026 Föreningen Saltå By was founded in 1942 and operates according to LSS (Swedish Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Our foundation is built on an anthroposophical view of humanity, and we offer a safe, homelike environment. Our purpose is to enable each individual to participate in society based on their specific and unique circumstances. We are now seeking three group leaders with different specializations to complement our team: Group Leader 1: You have broad expertise in the anthroposophical approach and a strong ability to practically implement this in our daily operations. Group Leader 2: You have solid knowledge of proven and commonly used methods within LSS, and know how to best apply these in practice. Group Leader 3: You have academic expertise and a strong ability to structure, drive, and implement administrative processes and regulations. Who are you? We would appreciate if you have a foundation in curative education. Since the role involves significant responsibility, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities, particularly your ability to build structure and lead others. Merits for the positions: Complete curative education qualification Academic degree Documented method training Documented experience leading groups and group processes A grounded anthroposophical view of humanity Good computer skills Class B driver's license Requirements for employment: Clear extract from the police criminal record and suspicion register About the position The positions are full-time. Note: Working hours are irregular. We apply a 6-month probationary period with individual salary negotiation and offer a generous wellness allowance. Work is expected to start in early fall.
