Group Leader at Tunagården

Here you have an important function and provide support to both the manager and staff. Tunagården is located on Söder, approximately 1.5 kilometers from Eskilstuna city center. Here we have close access to green areas, walking paths, and an environment that creates calm and wellbeing for both residents and staff. The facility has 129 apartments distributed across 12 units, ten dementia units, and two elderly care homes. As a group leader, you belong to one of the units but support unit managers and staff at all units. In total, we have over 150 employees. You are part of the management group and every morning you meet with all managers for a brief check-in. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a group leader, you lead and distribute the daily work in your work group, while through your leadership you support and motivate your colleagues. The role involves daily contact with users, relatives, staff members, and other people you collaborate with. You also work with tasks related to staff scheduling, absence management, and planning of services. This means you work in several different digital systems. Work can change quickly and you prioritize among the problems and challenges that arise. Together with the unit manager, you are part of development work and long-term planning at the units. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you need to have experience working in health and social care. You have a high school education, preferably as a nursing assistant. It is important that you have good IT skills. If you already have experience working in systems for documentation, planning, and scheduling, that is an advantage. If you also have had a supervisory role before, that is positive. We are looking for someone who is thorough, organized, and can quickly switch between different tasks. You need to be flexible and have a good ability to prioritize what is most important. Since the work involves many contacts, you find it easy to build good relationships and have a positive attitude.
