As a group leader, you will work together with the operations manager to plan and develop quality work in the organization. This requires a good ability to work towards set goals. The group leader is a link between the operations manager and the work team. You strive for a good work environment and guide and provide advice and support to staff. You promote good cooperation in the work team while being skilled at working independently. As a group leader, you will receive delegated administrative tasks and therefore need to have good computer skills. This can include, for example, scheduling, reporting in Stratsys, and more. The role of group leader requires that you are pedagogical and have an interest in continuously developing your own and your colleagues' competencies. Your work tasks include being part of the regular work as a support assistant. Who Are We Looking For? You have training as a care assistant, support pedagogue, or other training that the employer deems equivalent experience working as a support assistant in a group residence according to LSS knowledge and experience in low-affective approaches, clarifying pedagogy, social stories, pictograms, and comic conversations good communication skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing good computer skills and are quick to learn new programs We consider it meritorious if you have previously held a leadership role worked with the individual's needs at the center (IBIC); this is meritorious had previous experience starting a new activity and previous experience as a group leader worked in the scheduling system Heroma and Time Care As a person, you are secure and stable and take responsibility for your work. You have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a service-oriented manner. You should have a good ability to structure your work and good coordination skills. More Information About the Application The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period with start according to agreement.
