WORK DUTIES
As a group leader, you have an important role in the operation. You work closely with the responsible unit manager and serve as a link between management and staff. You provide support to the work group in daily tasks, lead and delegate tasks, and increase accessibility for clients and relatives by establishing and maintaining good relationships.
Your role includes contributing to identifying and implementing improvement work. You maintain ongoing dialogue and collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and planners based on client needs. The assignment also includes administrative and operational tasks as well as documentation in operational systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires nursing assistant certification and experience working in elderly care. It is advantageous to have experience working in home care services, as well as experience with the operational systems Phoniro and Lifecare, and previous assignments as a group leader, planner, or operations assistant within healthcare. You also need to be proficient with Office applications and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
To succeed in this role, you need to be organized, structured, and solution-oriented. You also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changes, reprioritize, and handle periods of higher workload, as the pace can shift suddenly in this operation. Furthermore, you collaborate easily and have a clear focus on goals, quality, and development. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
