About the Role As a Group Leader, you are responsible for maintenance work at the factory. This means supporting the production organization. You will have operational leadership with a focus on ensuring that our production lines function optimally through well-maintained machinery. The work involves significant presence in production where you monitor operational disruptions, prioritize efforts, and ensure that proactive measures are implemented. You participate in daily morning meetings where current issues, deviations, and improvement areas are discussed. Today, maintenance work consists largely of emergency responses, but an important part of your assignment will be to increase the proportion of preventive maintenance and create more structured work methods. Your Responsibilities Lead and allocate daily maintenance and mechanical work. Ensure high availability of our production lines. Prioritize and follow up on fault reports and operational disruptions. Work proactively on the factory floor around the machines and support employees in their daily work. Drive and develop preventive maintenance work. Train and coach employees in basic troubleshooting and corrective actions. Work with digital improvements, for example managing fault reports and follow-up via system support. Participate in experience exchanges with operations in Denmark, Norway, and Poland to develop and implement best practices. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has leadership experience, for example as a group leader, team leader, or with personnel responsibility. Has a technical background, preferably in mechanics, maintenance, or industrial production. Is organized and has a good ability to prioritize between urgent and planned activities. Is present, communicative, and enjoys being out in operations. Has a coaching approach and enjoys developing people. Is self-critical, solution-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement. Has the ability to build trust and bring the organization along in change work. Preferably has experience in welding, milling, and pneumatics.
