Job Responsibilities
As a Group Leader with us, you will be an important part of a close-knit team with specialized expertise in the field. You will lead a team of four people and work with them in planning and driving automation projects within building technology. In this role, you will have independent yet supportive work with many internal and external contact points. You are responsible for building and developing long-term and trustful relationships with both existing and new customers, which may include property owners, industries, and commercial properties. As a leader with us, you help create direction, but you never stand alone. You lead the operation in line with our goals and values and contribute to our continued development as a team, company, and business partner.
Your responsibilities include:
Creating new business opportunities through close dialogue and long-term customer relationships
Building and maintaining good cooperation with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Quoting, planning, and monitoring projects
Personnel responsibility including planning, follow-up, and development
Budget and financial responsibility, with support from the organization
Work environment initiatives with self-inspections
Improving and streamlining working methods
Helping attract, recruit, and develop future colleagues

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is a team player with the ability to develop strong teams while being results-oriented and having a strong sense of sales and customer satisfaction. You are an excellent communicator who builds good relationships both with internal colleagues and externally with customers and suppliers. We see that you have experience in building technology and preferably in the field of control and regulation systems.
To be a candidate for this position, we see that you have a B driver's license, good computer skills, particularly with Office applications, and speak and write fluent Swedish. We consider it a merit if you have post-secondary education or certifications with a technical focus.
