Cleaning Team Leader

Description:

As a team leader, you manage daily operations. You need to be present in the facility every day to develop staff and ensure profitability and quality. You meet with employees and customers, identify and resolve daily issues as they arise. Administratively, you handle material orders, time reporting, etc. You are also responsible for ensuring that machines, tools, and chemicals are handled according to instructions. Together with the Site Manager/Supervisor, you will participate in customer/supplier and staff meetings. You work proactively to ensure that our employees and customers are satisfied. Some facility maintenance also occurs daily. Personal qualities: You are collaborative and contribute to a positive atmosphere in your organization Independent and action-oriented Ability to listen and communicate messages effectively You enjoy learning new things and are not afraid of change Positive attitude Representative and a good ambassador for our company You share our values Qualifications: SRY or equivalent education Experience in professional cleaning Several years of leadership experience Administrative knowledge of computers, web, and Windows environment Swedish and English fluency in speaking and writing Employment form and working hours: The position is a 1-year fixed-term employment (temporary/substitute), Monday - Friday daytime You are welcome to submit your application by August 16, 2026.
