About the Role We are now looking for an engaged and responsible Senior Officer (Qualified Team Leader) who wants to lead the daily security work at Göteborg Landvetter Airport. In the role, you work as a security officer at the site while being responsible for ensuring that the team has the right conditions to perform their work efficiently and professionally. The work involves 12-hour day shifts starting around 06:00 according to a 5:2 schedule. On-call duty every other weekend is included. As a security officer, you play a decisive role in maintaining security for operations that are important to Sweden. You work with extended authority and often in close collaboration with our clients. You are expected to make well-founded decisions under pressure, act professionally in complex situations, and maintain good judgment even when conditions change rapidly. Therefore, we are looking for someone who remains calm in pressured situations and who has high integrity, loyalty, and sense of responsibility. Your main responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate work within the assignment together with the Local Contact, both in daily work, during operations, and during exercises. - Participate in staffing planning and resource optimization. - Function as a contact person between client, employees, and management. - Ensure that instructions, policies, and procedures are followed. - Contribute to the development of working methods, quality, and collaboration. - Administrative tasks such as issuing visitor passes. Requirements Required: - You need to be trained as a civilian or military security officer - Have good grades in Swedish from upper secondary school - Have good knowledge of English - B driver's license Meritorious if you have: - Experience in management - Completed team leader training and experience leading employees - Experience with similar tasks - Professional experience from the security industry - Knowledge of additional languages - Weapons training for the security industry We place great emphasis on your personal suitability for a leadership position.
