About Attendo Roden in Norrtälje
Attendo is now seeking group managers for our new operation in Norrtälje – Attendo Roden, which opens in January 2027. It will be a completely new and modern senior living residence with 60 apartments, of which 40 places are for people with dementia and 20 somatic care places.

About the Group Manager Role
As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work yourself in the daily care work alongside the team. The role involves present and supportive leadership in the operation where a large part of the job is working with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and participate in developing and quality-assuring the operation in accordance with Attendo's methods and values.
You have several group manager colleagues with whom you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

Main Responsibilities
Guide and work in daily care work together with the team.
Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team.
Personnel responsibility; recruitment, introduction of new employees, development conversations.
Participate in developing and quality-assuring the operation.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Trained nursing assistant or equivalent professional experience, preferably within elderly care.
Good computer skills.
Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Meritorious if you also have:
Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning.
Experience in elderly care.

About the Recruitment Process
Before any employment, an extract from the criminal record together with valid photo ID must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you will need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by presenting that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.

Employment Type: Permanent with 6-month probation
Employment Degree: Full-time 100% (30% Administrative and 70% in care)
Work Hours: Daytime, evenings, and every third weekend.
Start Date: January 2027 / By agreement.
