About the Role As a group manager at Sockerstan, you combine administrative leadership with being present in daily care work. Close Leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your group. Your focus is to support, provide feedback, and quality assure operations according to Humana's methods. About Us Sockerstan elderly care facility consists of 72 apartments distributed over four floors. Humana Sockerstan is an elderly care home for those in need of somatic care or dementia care. We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and who are passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others. We are looking for you who: Are clear in your communication and create participation in the team. Have a coaching approach and are responsive to both residents' and employees' needs. Are solution-oriented and take responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks. Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. Experience in leadership within elderly care is seen as meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability and your willingness to grow with us. What Do We Offer You?
