About the Role As a group manager at Åsengården, you combine administrative leadership with being present in daily care work. You will work 40% with administration and the remaining 60% in the department with care work. You are a role model who leads through your own actions and creates a work climate characterized by the Humana spirit: commitment, responsibility, and joy. Close Leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your group. Your focus is to support, give feedback, and ensure quality of operations according to Humana's methods. Development: You are part of the local management group and report to the operations manager. Here you get to be involved and influence the future of the residence. About Us Åsengården is centrally located in Hägerstensåsen and consists of 29 apartments distributed across three departments. This residence is a Silvia Home-certified facility. This means that staff are trained in dementia care in order to contribute to the highest possible quality of life for people with dementia and their relatives. At Åsengården, there is a strong focus on activities and we have an activities coordinator responsible for planning and implementing activities. We work person-centered, which means we always start from our residents' wishes. We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and who are passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others. We are looking for you who: • Are clear in your communication and create participation in the team. • Have a coaching approach and are attentive to both residents' and employees' needs. • Are solution-oriented and take responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks. • Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. Experience in leadership within elderly care is considered a merit, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability and your desire to grow with us. About the Position: • Working hours and employment level: Day, evening, and weekend shifts - 100%. • Employment form: Permanent employment; we apply a six-month probationary period. • Salary: We apply individual salary setting for base salary. Other compensation is given according to collective agreement. • Start date: Immediately or by arrangement.
