About the Role As a group manager, your primary responsibility is to coach and work in daily care activities together with your team. This means you are a role model for your employees and through your strong commitment, you create a good working environment in the group every day. You will work days, weekends, and evenings. Close Leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and ensuring quality in the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and acknowledging your employees in daily work. You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. Participation: As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group. About Villa Höjden Villa Höjden is a newly built and modern residential care facility that was completed in early 2022 and is part of the new residential area Ekebäckshöjd. The facility is close to both Slottsskogen and the district of Majorna. The operations serve both people with somatic illness and people with cognitive impairment. We have a pleasant work environment with a beautiful view over Göteborg. There are plenty of staff facilities and we have competent and friendly colleagues. Activity Coordinator: We work systematically with activities and have an activity coordinator who develops and carries out meaningful activities with our residents. Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified residential care facility, which means that everyone working here is trained in dementia and person-centered care through Demensakademin. You will also go through this training. Animals in Care: We work with animals in care and we have regular visits from therapy animals. Your Experience and Knowledge You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elderly care and leadership is an advantage for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
