As Group Manager Asset Management Infrastructure, you will have a central role in the management and long-term development of some of Sweden's most critical infrastructure facilities. Together, you will create the conditions for safe, accessible, and efficient airports that meet the needs of travelers, businesses, and society, today and in the future. What does the role entail? As Group Manager Asset Management Infrastructure, you will become a key person in leading and developing a team of asset managers within Ground Landside, Ground Airside, Water/Wastewater and Energy, and Airport Lighting. Together, you will be responsible for ensuring that the airport's infrastructure facilities are developed, managed, and optimized to meet the needs of operations, both today and in the future. You will create the conditions for asset management work to be conducted with a holistic perspective and in close collaboration with our asset management leaders and other parts of the business—from operational to strategic level. Through your leadership, you will contribute to ensuring that our assets are used and developed in a way that strengthens Swedavia's goals of safety, accessibility, sustainability, and efficiency. You will have a central role in further developing our approaches to strategic asset management and infrastructure management, in line with ISO 55000 and Swedavia's long-term strategy. As Group Manager Asset Management Infrastructure, you will: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of asset managers within Ground Landside, Ground Airside, Water/Wastewater and Energy, and Airport Lighting. • Ensure that asset management is conducted according to established goals, procedures, and quality requirements. • Drive and support the development of processes, working methods, and digital tools within the asset management area. • Contribute to creating a balance between maintenance, investments, and lifecycle costs. • Ensure that our assets meet requirements for safety, accessibility, and operational reliability. • Be responsible for budget, monitoring, and reporting within the group's area of responsibility. • Actively contribute to change efforts toward a more integrated and data-driven working approach. • You report to the Head of Strategic Asset Management and are part of the unit's management group. We are looking for you who have: • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience. • Solid experience in technical and financial management within infrastructure, facilities, real estate, or other related technical operations, and a good understanding of how technical, economic, and operational requirements interact in long-term asset management. • Documented experience leading teams within asset management, facilities, infrastructure, or real estate operations. • An outgoing and social personality with excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience from both the public and private sectors is a merit. • Experience with change management, business development, or development of working methods is a merit.
