About the Role As Group Manager for Collaboration and Support, you play a central role in the IT department. You lead approximately 8 experienced specialists in IT procurement, license management, vendor management, agency collaboration, and GRC, reporting to the unit manager. This is a role for someone who enjoys leading people, creating favorable conditions for others to succeed, and contributing to the development of both operations and ways of working. The Collaboration and Support group has a central function in creating conditions for efficient, secure, and well-managed IT operations. As group manager, you are responsible for developing approaches and deliverables in areas such as IT procurement, license management, and GRC, while strengthening collaboration within the IT department and with other parts of the agency. The group consists of specialists with high expertise and significant independent responsibility. As a manager, you create direction, prioritization, and collaboration rather than being an expert in the subject areas yourself. The assignment is broad and varied, spanning from operational day-to-day matters to tactical and strategic development. Your main areas of responsibility: Personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility for the group. Recruitment, objective and development conversations, and salary setting. Coaching, supporting, and developing employees both individually and as a team. Operative and strategic leadership – from daily prioritizations to tactical and strategic development. Participating in the unit's management group, contributing to operational development, and driving collaboration throughout the IT department and with other parts of the agency. We are looking for someone who has: relevant university degree or equivalent experience that we consider comparable several years of experience as a manager with personnel and budget responsibility experience leading specialists with a high degree of independence experience with change management and driving operational development very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish It is an advantage if you have: experience from IT operations experience in one of the group's specific areas: IT procurement, license management, vendor management, agency collaboration, or GRC experience working in complex organizations with many collaboration interfaces experience from public sector or other regulated operations experience working in an agile context We Offer A government mission that truly matters!
