The position is permanent and involves broad responsibility in an operation where group managers together lead the entire unit. About the Role As a group manager, you have overall responsibility for personnel, work environment, and our shared delivery capability. Together with your fellow group manager colleagues, you are responsible for the whole picture—planning, follow-up, development, and results. The role places high demands on independence, collaboration, and the ability to make decisions in daily operations. You lead your personnel group of approximately 30 warehouse employees through present, coaching, and engaging leadership. You build trust, create engagement, and provide your employees with the conditions to grow and succeed. At the same time, you drive the operation forward and create results together with your team. Your responsibilities as a group manager include: Have personnel responsibility for warehouse employees and actively work with well-being, performance, and development Lead and distribute work and ensure stable and efficient delivery Work systematically with work environment, safety, and compliance Follow up on goals, results, and key metrics and initiate improvements Coach and develop employees through clear feedback and expectations Work closely with your group manager colleagues and other functions within ICA Logistics Contribute to high process compliance and continuous improvement work Are You the One We're Looking For?
