Your Role As Group Leader of the Excavation Services department, you have a central and operational role where you are responsible for work supervision and part of the planning and preparation of work related to excavator maintenance. You lead a shift-rotating work group and work closely with operations on both strategic and daily matters. You are responsible for ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time, and that work is planned and followed up efficiently. As a group leader, recruitment, development, and rehabilitation are essential parts of your responsibilities. Special focus is on creating the best conditions for employee health, environment, and safety. Administrative tasks within finance, personnel, and management systems are included. Your Team You lead a group of shift-rotating mechanics who work on maintenance and service of excavators. The work team operates in shifts around the clock; as group leader, you work daytime. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, where you collaborate with the mine, maintenance, and suppliers. Your Work Tasks In this role, you will, among other things: Plan and prepare preventive maintenance Ensure availability and inventory management of wear parts Work with forecasts and follow-up of material needs Handle orders and supplier contacts Drive improvement work and follow up and optimize work methods Lead and develop the team in daily work Work closely with operations both administratively and in the field Your Contribution We are looking for you as a present and clear leader with good collaboration skills and an ability to build relationships. You work in a structured manner and contribute to order and organization in the operation. Furthermore, you are engaged, have the ability to motivate your team, and can prioritize work efficiently to drive the operation forward. We place great importance on your personal qualities. Requirements: Completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus Experience in maintenance work, preferably from industry Good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and English Good administrative ability and computer skills Minimum B driver's license Leadership experience and knowledge of Maximo are meriting.
