The Child and Family Unit is responsible for authority management regarding children and young people (SoL and LVU). The unit includes a reception group, a children's group (0-12) and a youth group (13-20). All groups are led by a group manager who works closely with the unit manager to create a sustainable and high-quality operation. The Child and Family Unit consists of engaged employees, most of whom have many years of experience working with the target group. Our vision is to be a social service that children, families, and partner organizations trust, where every encounter is characterized by respect, participation, and high quality. We want to be a workplace that engaged employees seek out and remain in. We are now seeking a group manager for our children's unit.
