The Karlskoga site offers a broad range of services, including terminal sterilization and WFI production. Our machine operators within manufacturing are divided into two teams. They are led by group managers and team leaders who work closely together and report to the company's production manager. About the role: As a group manager, you are responsible for daily production, employee development and operations, and participate in improvement projects. The group manager's main responsibilities are: Work supervision Ensure staffing and competency development. Workplace safety responsibility, plan and conduct safety rounds, workplace meetings, development discussions, etc. Your profile: We are looking for an experienced and engaged leader with a focus on safety, production and quality improvements, who genuinely is passionate about working with people and developing both individuals and teams. In this role, you are a present and attentive leader who creates security, motivation, and clarity in everyday work. You have a strong desire to support your employees in their development and to together reach set goals. You must be able to communicate well in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. A background in natural sciences or technology is advantageous, as is experience from the pharmaceutical or food industry.
