Our facility in Karlskoga specializes in manufacturing and packaging of semi-solid and liquid products. The Karlskoga site offers a broad range of services, including terminal sterilization and WFI production. The facility also has specialized infrastructure designed to meet the high requirements for manufacturing controlled pharmaceuticals, ophthalmic solutions, and sterile semi-solid preparations.
Our machine operators within manufacturing are divided into two teams. They are led by group managers and team leaders who work closely together and report to the company's production manager.
About the role:
As a group manager, you are responsible for daily production, employee development and operations, and participate in improvement projects.
The group manager's main responsibilities are:
Work supervision
Ensure staffing and competency development.
Workplace safety responsibility, plan and conduct safety rounds, workplace meetings, development discussions, etc.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:
Experience leading relatively large groups of employees and workforce planning is valuable.
You must be able to communicate well in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
A background in natural sciences or technology is advantageous, as is experience from the pharmaceutical or food industry.
