Group Manager, Process Development

As a group manager within the Process and Systems unit, you will lead experienced employees with expertise in business development and user-centered development methods. The unit works to create conditions for more efficient working methods through process and system solutions for support fund management, as well as systems for business and analysis support. The unit is located at several sites, which means a focus on digital leadership and requires both the willingness and ability to lead digitally. About the Position We are now seeking a group manager for the process development group who wants to be part of driving the continued development of user-friendly and quality-assured business support. As a group manager, you have an important role in promoting an innovative environment that encourages collaboration within and outside the group. In this role, you work closely with the unit manager for Process and Systems and with other managers within the EU Investment and National Support department. You also collaborate with managers and employees in other units and departments, such as the Digitalization and IT unit and the Legal and Control department. Your responsibilities include: Plan and develop business support systems within support funds Organize, lead, and follow up on the group's work Take responsibility for business results, staff, and delegated budget Develop operations through trust-based leadership Collaborate and cooperate with internal and external parties and target groups Represent the unit and authority in internal and external dialogues Participate in the unit's management group Your place of work is: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Östersund, or Arjeplog. Travel is part of the position. We are looking for someone with: A university or college degree equivalent to at least three years of studies in economics, IT, or social sciences. Experience in management and driving projects with multiple stakeholders. Understanding of how a state authority functions in terms of leadership, governance, organization, and follow-up. Experience leading business development. Strong understanding of administrative work and needs-driven development. Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written. The following are merits: Knowledge of support fund management from EU funds or national support. Experience in digital leadership. Experience in change management. Experience as a manager with personnel, budget, and operational responsibility in state or public sector operations. Knowledge of Tillväxtverket's various policy areas: business policy, regional development policy, and rural policy. Good knowledge of Swedish public administration.
