As a group manager within the Process and Systems unit, you will lead employees with extensive experience and expertise in business development and user-centered development methods. The unit works to create conditions for more efficient work methods through process and system solutions for support fund management, as well as systems for business and analysis support. About the Position We are now seeking a group manager for the process development group who wants to be part of continuing to drive the development of user-friendly and quality-assured business support. As a group manager, you have an important role in promoting an innovative environment that encourages collaboration within and outside the group. In this role, you work closely with the unit manager for Process and Systems and with other managers within the EU Investments and National Support department. You also collaborate with managers and employees in other units and departments, such as the Digitalization and IT unit and the Legal and Control department. The role includes: Planning and developing business support within support funds Organizing, leading, and following up on the group's work Responsibility for business results, employees, and delegated budget framework Developing the business through trust-based leadership Collaborating and cooperating with internal and external parties and target groups Representing the unit and the authority in internal and external dialogues Participating in the unit's management group Your workplace will be: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Östersund, or Arjeplog. Travel is part of the position. We are looking for you if you have: A degree from a university or college, equivalent to at least three years of studies, in one of the areas of economics, IT, or social sciences. Experience in management and driving projects with multiple stakeholders. Understanding of how a state authority functions in management, governance, organization, and follow-up. Experience in leading business development. Strong understanding of administrative work and needs-driven development. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. The following are considered merits: Knowledge of support fund management from EU funds or national support. Experience in digital leadership. Experience in change management. Experience as a manager with personnel, budget, and business responsibility in state or public sector operations. Knowledge of Tillväxtverket's various policy areas: business policy, regional development policy, and rural policy. Good knowledge of Swedish public administration.
