About the Position As a group manager for LFU (wage subsidies for development in employment) at Samhall, you are responsible for employees with fixed-term contracts where the goal is employment with another employer. Development occurs through education and work with our customers, or at other practice sites, and your tasks include matching employees with the organization's assignments and business. A major focus will be on coaching our employees toward employment with another employer and by building relationships with companies and employers, you will drive the transition work locally. You create good coordination and collaboration between the Employment Agency and Samhall to succeed in your mission. You have full personnel responsibility for your staff and based on this conduct salary reviews, goal and development discussions, and rehabilitation responsibility. The position requires good self-leadership with a strong drive to lead and develop. You work daily to develop your staff's work capacity, reduce sick leave, and promote a good physical and psychosocial work environment. The work also includes competence planning, assessing training needs, and conducting training. Qualifications Leadership experience with personnel responsibility Documented experience in rehabilitation work & personnel development Knowledge of different types of disabilities At least upper secondary education Good Swedish in speech and writing Class B driver's license As a person, you enjoy meeting people and have a strong ability to lead and believe in people's capacity for development. You are driven, structured, and accustomed to working independently in a goal and results-oriented manner. You are a team player who collaborates with others with a focus on the district's development.
