Are you an experienced leader in warehouse and logistics who is ready to take on greater overall responsibility for operations, people, and results? We are now recruiting a group leader for an established warehouse and logistics operation. Here you will have the opportunity to lead the operational activities and, together with other leaders, contribute to developing both people, work methods, and results. About the Role As a group leader, you will have personnel and operational responsibility for daily operations. You lead, coach, and develop the organization and ensure that the operation achieves its goals in productivity, quality, safety, and delivery. You also have financial responsibility and work continuously with budgets, results, and monitoring of the operation's key performance indicators. The role is both operational and strategic. You work close to the operation and your team members while also working systematically with monitoring, planning, and improvement initiatives. An important part of your mandate is to create clarity around goals and expectations and provide employees with the right conditions to succeed. You will be part of a larger organization with multiple leaders and functions who together are responsible for creating efficient and well-functioning logistics flows. The operation has clear goals and a continuous focus on development and improvement. Your Main Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop employees in daily operations • Take responsibility for budgets, results, and financial monitoring within the operation • Plan, prioritize, and follow up on work within your area of responsibility • Ensure that set goals for productivity, quality, delivery, and safety are met • Actively work with staffing and resource planning based on operational needs • Monitor key performance indicators, identify deviations, and take relevant actions • Drive and contribute to improvement initiatives to develop processes and work methods • Ensure that routines, processes, and safety regulations are followed • Actively work with the work environment and create conditions for a safe and secure workplace • Handle ongoing personnel matters and contribute to employee development • Collaborate closely with other leaders and functions to ensure efficient flows throughout the operation • Contribute to a culture characterized by responsibility, collaboration, and engagement What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys leading close to operations and who gets energy from seeing both people and results develop. You are confident in your leadership, dare to make decisions, and can create structure even when the pace is high and conditions change rapidly. As a person, you are communicative and clear while also having the ability to listen, coach, and build trust. You see the bigger picture, but also have an eye for the details that affect daily operations. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Previous experience with personnel responsibility for staff in warehousing, logistics, or similar • Experience in personnel management and coaching and developing employees • Good understanding of key performance indicators, productivity, and operational monitoring • Experience with staffing and resource planning • Ability to work systematically and prioritize in a high-tempo operation • Experience with or interest in improvement and change initiatives • Good understanding of work environment and safety in an operational setting • Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written • Good system proficiency and knowledge of the Office package • Experience from large warehouse operations, third-party logistics (3PL), or similar operations is a merit.
