You ensure that the company's values permeate the operations and that current agreements, guidelines, and applicable legislation are followed. In the role, you are the immediate manager for the facility's nurses and rehabilitation personnel. You actively work to create good conditions for employees' development, collaboration, and job satisfaction, and build and maintain good relationships with employees, residents, relatives, and external partners. The position is combined and involves working administratively as Group Manager Healthcare one day per week. During this time, you are responsible for staffing, quality monitoring, operations development, employee support, and administrative tasks related to management. The remaining time you are scheduled as a care-responsible nurse. In that role, you are responsible, together with the other nurses in the team, for the areas of responsibility and development tasks that you mutually agree on within the group. You report to the Operations Manager, participate in the facility's management team, and are responsible for results, quality, and development within the healthcare unit. About Villa Tureberg Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone working here is trained in dementia and treatment through the Dementia Academy. Young Care: We collaborate with the company Young Care. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visit us on weekends and holidays. Young Care organizes various activities with us who work here to add a special touch to the lives of our residents. Animals in Care: Here we work with animals in care and we have regular visits from therapy animals. VR Technology: We have introduced VR technology at the facility, which allows residents to experience various trips, adventures, or games through VR glasses.
