Job Description As Group Manager for the Staff Protection and Client Security unit, you are responsible for driving and directing the agency's staff protection efforts with an operational on-call service (daytime) that provides support to local managers as well as risk assessments and related measures. You are also responsible for establishing security assessments for clients with exceptionally high security and/or protection needs regarding placement and transportation. You will also develop training programs for staff who work with or around clients with exceptionally high security needs. You will manage a function where you work both strategically and tactically while also handling minute-to-minute operational matters and making quick decisions in daily work. The role also includes collaboration within the agency as well as with our partners, such as the Police Authority. The position involves personnel, budget, and work environment responsibilities. Staff members are located in Norrköping, Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg. Travel is included in the position.
