About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating existing ones, and expanding our operations. We are the authority responsible for prisons, probation services, remand facilities, and inmate transport. Job Description As Group Manager for Employee Safety and Client Security, you are responsible for driving and directing the authority's employee safety initiatives with an operational daytime duty team that provides support to local managers and conducts risk assessments with corresponding measures. You are also responsible for establishing security assessments for clients with exceptionally high security and/or protection needs regarding placement and transportation. You will develop training programs for employees working with or around clients with exceptionally high security needs. You will manage operations where you work both strategically and tactically while also addressing day-to-day operational questions and making quick decisions. The work also includes collaboration within the authority as well as with our partners, such as the Police Authority. The position involves personnel, budget, and occupational health and safety responsibilities. Team members are located in Norrköping, Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg. Travel is part of the position.
