Group Leader or Aesthetic Coach in LSS

Our newly launched daily activity program "God Dag Hollywood" needs to strengthen the team with 2 positions: Group Leader 100% As a group leader, you are actively involved in the program and work as the manager's right hand. You have a helicopter perspective and see what needs to be done. You ensure that daily operations run smoothly, manage staffing, hold meetings with the coaching team consisting of 5-6 coaches, create implementation plans, lead morning meetings, handle taxi bookings, and ensure that both coaches and participants have a fantastic day. Aesthetic Coach 80% We also need an aesthetic coach: God Dag is looking for a theater therapist who can also play an instrument (a coach with creative talent, experience, and training). We're not asking for a little! You should be able to work every day approximately 8:30 AM-3:30 PM. God Dag is a modern and creative daily activity program according to LSS. Our target group consists of people with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and/or those on the autism spectrum. Our focus is that we have our own YouTube channel (God Dag TV). We also work with, among other things, theater and have a music studio where we write and record our own music. As a coach at God Dag, you work every day (Monday-Friday) in one of our facilities. You lead creative sessions adapted for the target group according to schedule. Therefore, it's great if you are both creative, have experience with the target group, and are organized! Requirements for the position: Education in aesthetic subjects such as music, theater, etc. Experience in acting/theater/dance Merits for the position: Experience with LSS target groups Knowledge of GarageBand/music studio or ability to play an instrument Encouraging personality that can get participants interested and motivated Other fun talents that suit God Dag's focus (stand-up, makeup/hairstyling, etc.) We hire on an ongoing basis, so send a complete CV and personal letter via email to [email protected] to apply, or even better, a video that shows your personality.
