We are now looking for a Group Manager for an exciting assignment within the manufacturing industry. The assignment starts as a consulting solution with good opportunities for transition to a permanent position with our client. About the assignment You will work in a high-quality production environment with advanced processes and high demands on quality, safety, and compliance. The operations are characterized by structure, precision, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. Production is organized into several teams where you, as a production leader, will have overall responsibility for one of them. You work closely with other leaders in the organization and report to the responsible manager. Examples of responsibilities: As a Group Manager, you have a broad and varied assignment with focus on both operations and people: Lead and distribute daily work in production Ensure adequate staffing and competence within the team Drive development of both employees and work methods Take responsibility for work environment, including safety inspections and follow-ups Conduct employee conversations, workplace meetings, and other personnel-related activities Contribute actively in improvement and development projects Who you are We are looking for you as a confident and present leader with the ability to create engagement and structure in daily operations.
