As a group manager at Frank Projektpartner, you will lead and develop a work team, serve as a bridge between the business manager and project leaders, and take responsibility for certain HR-related and operational tasks. You will participate in the organization's capacity planning, manage resource allocation and staffing in the group's projects, and monitor and report financial results for the group's assignments.
To succeed in this role, you have:
At least 5 years of experience as an independent project manager
Relevant education
Swedish proficiency, both spoken and written
Meritorious: Experience from the consultant or client side
