Group Manager Condition Monitoring – Kiruna Do you want to lead a technically strong engineering team in the heart of Swedish industry? SKF Services & Solutions is part of the global SKF Group and has a strong presence in northern Sweden. We work closely with mining, steel, and process industries with vibration analysis and data-driven maintenance – areas that are central to the future of industry. We are now looking for a Group Manager for our Condition Monitoring team in Kiruna. About the role As Group Manager, you lead a team of Reliability Engineers working with advanced condition monitoring and analysis of rotating equipment in heavy industry. Your mission is to create structure, ensure delivery, and develop the team – so that our customers receive the right analysis, at the right time, and with the right quality. The role involves: Leading and developing the team at group and individual level Ensuring delivery according to service agreements Responsibility for planning, resource allocation, and follow-up Creating common working methods and clear structure Following up on performance, quality, and efficiency Collaborating with the sales organization and internal functions The strategic customer dialogue with major key customers is handled primarily by senior management, but you contribute with technical and operational input. Who are you? We are looking for you – a confident and structured leader with technical understanding and strong delivery focus. You have: Post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience Experience in team leadership or personnel responsibility Background from industrial operations Ability to plan, prioritize, and create structure Good communication skills in Swedish and English Experience from heavy industry or condition monitoring is a merit, but most important is that you can lead people and create direction in a technically competent team.
