Ref: 20261890 Job Responsibilities We are looking for a new colleague to join Kirsebergsskolan's grades 4-6! In your teaching role with us, you will plan your instruction, implement it, and assess your students' acquired knowledge. The planning of your instruction will occur both individually and collaboratively with your colleagues. Mentorship is part of your responsibilities. Your teaching will be language-developing, and you will find strategies to strengthen your students both academically, linguistically, and in their social skills. You strive for high-quality instruction. Additionally, you will work on ongoing development initiatives. Development work where you collaborate with other school staff to actively maintain and improve a positive learning and working environment for students and colleagues at our school. We work systematically to monitor operations at the organizational, group, and individual levels; as an employee, you are part of this monitoring by continuously evaluating your work. The school has a special commitment to reading and writing. During the school year, the school will implement our reading and writing plan. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with qualifications in Swedish and Social Studies. You have experience working as a teacher and mentor in the classroom. Mentorship requires strong relationship and interpersonal skills with students, guardians, internal and external contacts. If you have qualifications in and experience teaching Swedish as a Second Language, that is a merit. You have good knowledge of and insight into the school's policy documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have strong didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore organize your work to create a calm and positive learning environment for our students throughout their school day.
