You are responsible for planning and instruction, as well as assessing your students' acquired knowledge. Planning, evaluation, student welfare, development conversations, and continuous contact with guardians are examples of tasks included in the position. You may also mentor student teachers. Qualifications You have Swedish teaching certification with the authority to teach Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language in grades 7-9. You also have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. Previous experience working as a teacher is a merit. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's educational standards and can use them effectively in your daily work. You have strong didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create an orderly and positive learning environment for our students throughout their school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your practice, and with good knowledge and experience, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. You naturally maintain a professional approach and work to build positive relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at school.
