JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for you to help us continue developing work with student learning and strive for increased goal achievement. You will be responsible for classroom teacher and mentor duties for students in one of our intermediate classes, and your work tasks will consist mainly of instruction and tasks related to instruction. You are responsible for planning, teaching, documenting, and following up on instruction based on our governing documents. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teachers and after-school staff in your work team and at the school. We want you to be well-anchored in our governing documents and base your work on the school's values. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you to have an elementary school teacher degree for grades 4–6. Teacher certification is a requirement. If you are newly graduated, you will receive a mentor during your first year at the school and will have the opportunity to participate in network meetings in the municipality as part of your introduction year. You must be able to communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We place great value on good leadership and want you to help create engagement and participation in student development and learning. You should have good collaboration skills and a good ability to listen and communicate. You should contribute to sharing the work team's tasks, take responsibility for reaching set goals, and share your own knowledge and experiences. It is important that you see possibilities, capitalize on student knowledge and ideas, and take initiative for new suggestions and working methods. Experience is desirable.
