Your New Job As a teacher with us, your most important task is to create a learning environment where each student feels safe, seen, and motivated to develop. You contribute to building a culture characterized by trust, high expectations, and belief in every student's ability to succeed. As a class teacher at the middle level, you primarily teach theoretical subjects in grades 4–6. In your work, you have the support of an engaged student wellness team and resource teachers who work together with you to create the best conditions for student learning and well-being. You will be part of a professional and collaboration-focused team where you together plan, develop, and take responsibility for students' education. Through your collective work, you create instruction that inspires, challenges, and leads to good results. A central part of your assignment is to awaken students' curiosity and desire to learn, while strengthening their ability to take initiative, develop their knowledge, and take responsibility—both for themselves and for others. Common Tasks - Plan and implement instruction according to the curriculum - Collaborate with the team on instruction - Assess and grade students - Document in operational systems - Create a good learning environment Your Qualifications - Licensed teacher for grades 4-6 with broad subject competence - You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and can implement them in daily work - It is an advantage if you have previous experience in schools - You have good computer skills, and it is an advantage if you have worked with digital systems designed for schools We're Looking for You!
