Ref: 20261791 Job Responsibilities We are now looking for you to be a teacher in grades 1-3 at Risebergaskolan! As a teacher at Risebergaskolan, you will be part of a dedicated work team where you together plan, implement, and follow up on instruction. In close collaboration, you create the best conditions for each student to develop and succeed in a safe, inclusive, and trusting learning environment. In this position, you are responsible for teaching in grade 2 and teach all subjects in the class. You actively work to develop instruction in line with the school's goals and commitments, and contribute to the school's collegial learning and development work. Mentoring students is a natural part of the assignment, where you build close relationships with students and guardians to support their academic and social development. Qualifications You who apply are a certified teacher with eligibility to teach grades pre-K–3. For this position, eligibility in Swedish and mathematics is required. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we consider that a merit. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's regulatory documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create an orderly and good learning environment for our students throughout their school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work, and with good knowledge and practice, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. Risebergaskolan has existed since the 1960s but today has completely new, fresh facilities and a fantastic school grounds that invite various activities.
