Deltaskolan is an independent school in Handen (Haninge Municipality) with profiles in Football, Handball, and Cheerleading. The school strives to create the best learning environment for students and provide them with the best conditions to achieve the goals of compulsory education. Based on this, Deltaskolan's objective is to become one of Sweden's best schools in terms of academics and order. We have limited the number of students in each class to approximately 20 to offer the best possible learning environment.
The sports profiles are for students interested in and active in sports associations. Students can choose between three focuses: Football, Handball, and Cheerleading, or apply if they participate in another individual sport. In addition to regular physical education, students can train in their specialty sport two sessions per week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching grades 7–9. Mentoring is included in the position.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You enjoy working with teenagers and have the ability to inspire students
- You are someone who comes with constructive problem-solving suggestions
- If you are or have been a sports coach/trainer, that is an asset
- You are a certified teacher with a teaching license for grades 7-9 in the subject
- Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
