Ref: 20261878 Job Responsibilities We are now recruiting an elementary teacher for after-school care at Dammfriskolan! The work team consists of dedicated colleagues, and you will become part of a wonderful group striving to provide the best possible school experience for each student. In your role as an elementary teacher in after-school care with us, you are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing students in our after-school program. Based on the curriculum and our governing documents, you will create an environment in the after-school care setting that aims to strengthen our students both in their academic development and personal growth. As an elementary teacher in after-school care with us, you will also work to provide our students with meaningful leisure time. This includes encouraging diverse social connections, fostering a sense of community, and strengthening group relationships. While our students are in school, you will collaborate with our school staff. It may also be relevant for you to conduct teaching in a subject area during the students' school hours. Qualifications You are a certified elementary teacher in after-school care. It is advantageous if you have subject qualifications in Swedish and have previous experience in the profession. You have good knowledge and insight into the school's governing documents and know how to apply them effectively in daily work. Furthermore, you possess strong didactic and pedagogical abilities that enable you to independently lead and organize your work to create a conducive study environment and good learning environment for our students throughout the day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work.
