DUTIES As an elementary teacher in the after-school program at Hallenskolan, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on meaningful, safe, and stimulating activities in accordance with the curriculum's goals and values, supporting students' development and learning both during and outside the regular school day. You work in close collaboration with colleagues in school and after-school care to create a cohesive educational experience for students, where care, learning, and play interact. Through conscious educational leadership, you offer activities based on students' interests, needs, and right to have a say. Your duties include: Planning varied and creative activities in accordance with governing documents and the school's goals. Conducting teaching and structured after-school activities that develop students' social, motor, and creative abilities. Continuously monitoring and evaluating activities to ensure quality, participation, and equality. Working to promote and prevent a safe and inclusive environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are engaged, responsible, and relationship-building, and who want to be an important part of a professional team with the student's best interests in focus. You will also have the opportunity for close collaboration with the school's student support team and school leadership. A requirement is that you are a certified elementary teacher in after-school care. It is an advantage if you have teaching qualifications in music. Employment type: Permanent employment.
