Group Financial Controller with Eduviva Group in Malmö

The team consists of you and two additional Group Financial Controllers, and you report to Elisabeth, Chief Accountant Officer. The position is based at Eduviva's new office in Malmö, and business travel to units both in and outside Sweden may be required. There is also the opportunity to work remotely a couple of days per week. If you thrive in a role with many points of contact, this is your position! Main responsibilities: · Responsible for accounting in Eduviva Group AB including monthly and annual closing and income tax return · Financial reporting of the company to the consolidation system · Prepare the parent company's portions of the consolidated annual report for Eduviva Group AB and assist with preparing other portions of the consolidated annual report, which is prepared in accordance with IFRS · Involved in consolidation with responsibility for system preparation and consolidation activities as well as monitoring and analysis of company reporting · Involved in integration of acquired companies · Superuser in the consolidation system Cognos · Responsible for compiling/preparing reporting materials for the owners' report package and other reports such as materials for Pillar II · Involved in the group's budget and forecast processes Have we caught your interest? We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent. You likely started your career in auditing and then worked for a few years in a similar role where you came into contact with IFRS. You have a strong interest in systems and have worked in Cognos or similar systems. As a person, you are organized, goal-oriented, curious, and unpretentious.
