Group Financial Controller

Holdflight is seeking a Group Financial Controller / Finance Manager 📍 Central Stockholm | On-site We are growing and are now looking for a driven and organized person who wants to take a central role in accounting, reporting, and corporate administration at Holdflight. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working closely with management and investors, have a strong understanding of group structures, and want to help build international companies in AI and SaaS. Responsibilities: • Annual financial statements and quarterly reporting • Consolidation between parent and subsidiary companies • Contact with investors, authorities, and auditors • Administration via Verksamt and corporate changes • Handling settlement notes and financial documentation • Monitoring and controlling finances together with external accounting partners • Ensuring structure and quality in financial processes We are looking for someone who: • Has experience in financial controlling, auditing, or qualified accounting administration • Is self-driven and organized • Thrives in fast-growing entrepreneurial environments • Has a strong understanding of group reporting • Communicates well in Swedish and English Meritorious: • Experience working with Capego & Fortnox • Experience working with Google Workspace • Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. This is not a traditional accounting role with ongoing bookkeeping, payroll, or accounts payable – the focus is on reporting, control, corporate structure, and financial administration.
