About the Role As Group CFO, you report to the CEO and are part of the group management team. You have overall responsibility for the group's financial management and serve as a close business partner to management and the board. The role is broad and involves responsibilities that extend far beyond the traditional finance function. You will be instrumental in matters related to profitability, operations management, organizational development, and long-term business development. You also lead the logistics operations through two directly reporting logistics managers, and thus have an important role in ensuring that the entire value chain develops in line with the business. In your day-to-day work, you alternate between working on strategic initiatives and long-term planning to supporting the organization on more operational matters. You are expected to be a visible leader who takes initiative, drives change, and helps the business translate ideas into results. Areas of responsibility include: Financial management, reporting, and group monitoring Budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management Business analysis and decision support to management and the board Risk management, internal controls, and compliance Development of the finance function, processes, and systems support Efficiency improvements and standardization of working methods across the group Leadership and development of finance and logistics functions Active participation in business development, change initiatives, and strategic projects Who Are You?
