Grounds Maintenance Worker

We are now seeking a grounds maintenance worker for Nordic Green Group in Ljungby with immediate start. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a dedicated team with varied tasks in the care of green spaces and outdoor environments. About Our Client We create and maintain outdoor environments year-round and have broad expertise within the company. We are approximately 40 employees with both permanent and seasonal staff. Our customers range from companies, housing corporations, housing cooperatives, municipalities, churches, and private individuals. NordicGreenGroup is a chain where all subsidiaries share resources such as accounting systems, coordinators, certifications, competencies, and staff. Your Tasks Grounds maintenance and care Grass cutting and trimming Hedge trimming Tree and fruit tree pruning The employment is initially a fixed-term position but with good prospects for extension. Who Are You? We prefer that you have previous experience with similar work, or have a strong interest in gardening and green spaces. Good physical fitness is required as the work can be quite physically demanding. To thrive and succeed in the role of grounds maintenance worker at NordicGreenGroup, it is necessary that you work and act in accordance with our core values. It is also important that you follow NGG's handbook for green space management. The work may involve assignments at other locations, and we are looking for someone who is thorough and responsible. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and a driver's license are requirements, along with experience driving with a trailer. You are a natural and flexible self-starter, have customer service experience, and enjoy having many contact points and varied work assignments.
