We offer everything from pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, wine cellars, event spaces, street food, and our beautiful outdoor dining at Gränden during the summer. We constantly strive to give our guests that extra touch in terms of ambiance, service, and gastronomic experience. For our Restaurant Gränden, part of Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen opening in late May, which primarily serves grilled food and classic à la carte and buffet options, we are now looking for ambitious and dedicated cooks. Work will most likely include lunch, dinner, brunch, and weekends, or a combination thereof. The role primarily involves traditional cooking from scratch with meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. We prefer candidates with several years of experience as a cook and experience with grilling and frying at a relatively high pace. We appreciate an innovative approach to cooking while being comfortable working within a fairly established menu concept. As a person, you are cheerful, ambitious, stress-resilient, and reliable. You are passionate about providing our guests with the absolute best culinary experience by applying your attention to detail and innovative cooking mindset, with an eye for details. You have solid knowledge of food handling and hygiene, and we require that you have completed certified training in food handling. Furthermore, you are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. For our guests' sake, we prefer non-users of snus and non-smokers. There is also an opportunity to work at one of our other venues within Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen, such as S:t Markus Vinkällare. For the right candidate, there are excellent development opportunities within our company that could lead to a more senior kitchen role. Positions are available for full-time, part-time, and as-needed employment. In your role, you will report to the Kitchen Manager. Salary according to collective agreement.
