Excavator Operator Needed for Immediate Start

About the Position Uniflex is now seeking an additional skilled excavator operator for one of our clients in Karlstad. In this role, you will work alongside electricians and perform excavation work on various projects throughout Karlstad and the surrounding area. The work is varied and involves moving between different worksites depending on the projects. The position is full-time with working hours Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00. Start is immediate and the assignment runs through fall/winter 2026, with the possibility of extension. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and enjoys practical work in a fast-paced environment. You are self-directed in your role as a machine operator but also work well with other trades, such as electricians. You are solution-oriented and have a safety mindset in everything you do.
