AN ACCOUNTANT (Payroll Accounting Department)

We will entrust you with:
performing calculations of employee wages and equivalent payments, taxes, and deductions in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and internal policies,
ensuring correct application and compliance of deductions, including fulfillment of external documents and orders, with regulatory requirements,
performing payroll calculation, accounting, and control functions for equivalent payments and deductions,
performing other duties related to payroll calculation and accounting,
ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations for a large number of employees (400 or more), processing a significant volume of data.
You will be the right person if you have:
professional secondary education or secondary education supplemented with training or courses in economics, finance, banking, insurance, management and administration, accounting and taxation, mathematics and statistics,
State language proficiency level B, tier 2, or education obtained in the State language,
professional experience in economics, finance, banking, insurance, management and administration, accounting and taxation, mathematics and statistics up to one year,
experience in all types of payroll calculations, including vacations, overtime, night work, holidays, average earnings, and other special calculations,
experience in payroll calculations in organizations with 400 or more employees,
experience with 1C software will be considered an advantage,
ability to work quickly and accurately with large volumes of information,
ability to work precisely, responsibly, and efficiently with large volumes of information.
