About the Position We are now seeking a careful and quality-conscious grind operator for an assignment with our client Siemens Energy in Trollhättan. Start is immediate and work is performed during daytime, with shifts possible in the future. You will work in a modern workshop environment with a focus on metal processing, primarily in high-alloy materials. The role places high demands on safety awareness, quality, and precision in execution. Main Responsibilities Manual grinding of high-alloy steel components Polishing and finishing work Other workshop-related tasks Forklift and overhead crane operation as needed We Are Looking For We seek someone with experience from a workshop environment and who is familiar with metal processing. You have previously worked with grinding and polishing and have a good understanding of blueprint reading. You are someone who works in a structured manner, pays attention to detail, and prioritizes safety and quality above all. Requirements Experience with manual grinding and workshop work Strong blueprint reading skills Forklift and overhead crane certification Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written About Siemens Energy Siemens Energy AB develops and manufactures world-leading gas turbines for a global market.
