About the Position We are looking for a grading operator for our customer Siemens Energy in Trollhättan, for a long-term assignment with good opportunities for transition to permanent employment. Job Description: You will primarily work with manual grinding of high-alloy steel in a modern workshop environment equipped with both pneumatic and electric-powered machines. Work tasks also include grinding and other workshop-related work. The grader role is varied and involves processing both small and large components. About You: We are looking for someone with workshop experience. We prefer that you have previously worked in a role that included metal processing along with grinding and finishing. It is a merit if you have prior experience working from technical drawings and can interpret them independently. Requirements: - Experience with workshop work. - Knowledge of blueprint reading. - Forklift and overhead crane certification are merits. - Valid driver's license category B and access to a car. - Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. Work Schedule: Both day shifts and 2-shift schedules available. Start Date: Immediately, or by agreement. Assignment Length: Long-term assignment with good opportunities to transition to the customer.
